The IKF welcomes all kungfu and taichi organizations to unity and seeks their cooperation in the international events, world and continental competitions as a unique team with unique rules.

The IKF membership consists of traditional kungfu and taichi organizations. The national kungfu and taichi associations represent their respective nations or self-governing territories recognized by the IKF. In case a country is not self-governing, but has a National Olympic Committee (“NOC”) recognized by the IOC, it shall be eligible for application into the IKF.

All member national and international organizations are free from any form of prejudices on grounds of race, gender, politics, religion, or otherwise before the IKF Rules.

The International Kungfu Federation protects all traditional kungfu and taichi styles and seeks their unity.

For the membership procedure the applicant organization sends the following data to the IKF office:

1) Name of the country and organization

2) Logo of the organization

3) Name of the president, vice-president and/or chief instructor

4) Style/System

5) Past and/or current Kung Fu activities

6) Contact phone/fax numbers and e-mail/URL address

7) Current postal address

The annual membership fee is €100.
