International Kung Fu Federation

The IKF is the international federation of the national and international Kung Fu and Tai Chi organizations. IKF is the true unity of the Kung Fu and Tai Chi organizations .

The IKF welcomes Kung Fu and Tai Chi Masters and organizations to join the International Kung Fu Federation.		TUEI SHO Tuei Shou (Push Hands) is based on balance. In this competition the opponents do not punch and kick each other, but try to lose each other's balance by pushing each other. There is no weight limit in this category. Any person may test his/her relaxation, flexibility, timing, balance, poise and numerous other qualities while in contact with another person.
