Tuei Shou (Push Hands) is based on balance. In this competition the opponents do not punch and kick each other, but try to lose each other's balance by pushing each other. There is no weight limit in this category. Any person may test his/her relaxation, flexibility, timing, balance, poise and numerous other qualities while in contact with another person.

Tuei Sho events will be controlled by the IKF Tuei Sho Committee and IKF Master and Referee Committee.
